What a treat I had in the studio today....a beautiful set of twins, 1 boy and 1 girl, that were pretty amazing during their time with me today. My assistant Traci came to help me out and with the help of Mommy & Daddy too, we ended up with some awesome shots from today's shoot...check them out!

It's been quite a while since I entered the weekly contest at I Heart Faces due to my schedule just being wayyyyy too crazy to do anything other than shoot, edit and try to catch a bit of sleep here and there!
This week however, the theme caught my eye and since I'm about to take a couple much needed family days off, I thought I would post my entry before heading to bed tonight.
The theme is “silhouette” and I snapped this shot a few weeks ago during a family photo shoot of my best friend. This image is of her oldest son and his then girlfriend who just last night actually, became his FIANCEE! I'm super thrilled for them and think this image captures their love perfectly:

With Christmas right around the corner, it's no wonder I've been keeping as busy as I have these days! There has also been a bit of a baby boom in the last little bit that's going to continue to keep me busy for the next couple of months...how cool is that? I absolutely LOVE to watch my families grow. In this post in particular is a family whom I've been shooting for since the impending birth of their first born, and they've just welcomed baby number 2 into their family. I feel so absolutely blessed that so many families entrust me to capture some of the most beautiful times in their lives!
