Peggy & Mike ~ I Do! ~ Niagara Wedding Photography

ALL of my couple and families are really special to me, I've always said I truly have the best clients ever. That being said, every once in awhile I come across people, or someone specifically who is near and dear to me and I'm always unbelievably honored to be asked to capture their special day.

Meet Peggy.

Peggy and I met a few years ago when a couple I was photographing got married at the Prince of Wales Hotel in Niagara on the Lake where Peggy happens to be the special event gal (sorry Peggy I forget the official name of the title you hold!) Anyway, we hit it off right from the start and ever since then, Peggy and I have worked together on at least a few events at the hotel and I've always made sure to drop by to say hello when I was in town.
One thing Peggy had said almost right from the beginning is that when her then boyfriend Mike finally asked her to marry him, I would be one of her first phone calls...can you imagine? Peggy over the years has worked with countless vendors, photogs included, and she wanted me?! It still blows me away to think about it!
ANYWAY, not long ago, I got that phone call that told me that she and Mike were going to tie the knot and that they wanted me to capture the big day, as promised.
I simply can't explain how excited and happy I am and was to see Peggy on the other side of things, enjoying the day becoming a "Mrs's". I can tell that her and Mike were absolutely meant for each other and it was a HUGE honor to be a part of it all. Thank you both so much for trusting me with your memories and for including me in such a big way, I'm beyond thrilled for both of you. I hope you're having an amazing honeymoon in Aruba and I can't wait to show you your photos!
A huge thank you goes out to Elma of Photography by Elma for 2nd shooting and assisting me this past weekend. My regular assistant Traci sadly had to say good-bye to her beautiful Grandma and was unable to attend.
Here's some of what we captured that day!

Baby Izzy ~ Brand New! ~ Niagara Newborn Photography

This darling little girl is the youngest newborn to ever grace my studio. At just 3 days new, she slept a lot (as expected) but still let us know who the boss was! Kudos to Mommy & Daddy for being out and about so quickly after Izzy's early arrival into this world. It's a good thing we got their maternity shoot in just a couple of weeks ago since Isabella decided she'd like to see this big world just a bit sooner than anticipated! Look at the amazing shots we grabbed this evening:

Sweet Audrey ~ Niagara Children's Photographer

Audrey is another little gal who is no stranger to my camera and actually her Mommy and her have been kind enough on a couple of occasions now to come visit from the U.S. to model some new props for me! Well, let me just tell you, Audrey + amazing props = PERFECTION! Check out this sweet girl and some of my newer props and set ups!

Sweet Harlowe ~ Niagara Children's Photography

This sweet baby girl has been to my studio a couple of times already in her 5 months of being on this earth and I could just eat her up. I recently got a few new props in (which is happening A LOT lately) and I needed a 4-6 month old to help me out. I'm not sure Harlowe quite "gets me" yet but she sure knows how to work a camera :)
